Baked Bananas

Overripe bananas have many uses: breads, faux icecream, cookies, granola bars but we are going to start with something a little more simple:

Preheat oven while slicing your bananas down the middle (as if you were making a banana split) on your pan. Pour liquor and juice evenly over sliced bananas. Top with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake and Enjoy


4 bananas

2 shots of bourbon or spiced rum

3 pinches of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of brown sugar

2 tablespoons of a citrus juice (I typically use lemon juice)

Preheat: 375F Bake Time: 8 minutes

Serve with Bourbon Pecan Praline ice cream or enjoy on its own!
